This is an incredibly small and beautiful species from the white sand forest regions near Iquitos Peru. This plant can be found growing in near darkness, in the hidden recesses of deeply buttressed trees. Grows well in low light.

This is a very striking slow growing species from lowland forests of eastern Peru. Does best in low light, high humidity and warm temperature. Slow growing but not difficult to grow. $85 for an established/rooted plant.

This form from the Montane forests near Tingo Maria, Peru is similar to the Ecuadorian E. peltatum var. Standleyi however the frond size on this Peruvian form is smaller and from what we have experienced the growth is more compact.
