SuperMoss Delaware Moss Mix is a great product for decorative purposes and for terrariums or crafts.
Q. Are your products safe around pets? Can they be used in terrariums?
A. Our moss products are safe around large pets and all of our natural products contain no preservatives or dyes whatsoever. For pets in terrariums, we recommend our non-preserved and naturally dried mosses or washing well before using.
Q. Are SuperMoss Preserved Mosses non-toxic?
A. Our color-enhanced and preserved mosses use non-toxic preserving agents that are GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for color enhancing and typical human use. They are safe for people, pets, and plants. If you’re looking for completely preservative-free products, you’ll want to stick with our dried moss products.
Q. Are the colors colorfast?
A. Color transfer and color bleeding may occur under certain conditions. Use caution to protect surfaces and fine finishes especially in high humidity conditions. Colors maybe be removed easily with standard cleaning solutions.
Q. Will Preserved Moss regrow?
A. Preserved Moss is no longer alive, so will not regrow on its own, but should stay looking lush and vibrant for years to come without the need for watering or maintenance.
